What we do: Xenoform builds and runs the platform. We are not a property manager and we never take over your clients. You keep your landlords, your tenants and your own management fee.

What you get
Tenants report a repair with photos. You pick a day, send it to a contractor or ask the landlord to approve the cost. Everyone gets the update by email.
Tenants pay by card or bank, or set up autopay. Reminders and receipts go out on their own, and you see who has paid at a glance.
Bill a landlord for expenses with receipts attached. XenoBridge sends the PDF and the reminders.
Message a tenant or landlord from the platform. They can reply straight from their email and it lands in the right conversation.

What it costs
Nothing to pay up front. You charge your landlords your own management fee, the same as you do today; you type it in when you register, and the platform collects it for you each time rent is paid. XenoBridge's share is 1% of the rent, taken out of your fee when rent is paid, and 1% of deposits. Stripe, the payment company, charges its usual processing fee on each payment.
Why you can trust it
Rent goes from the tenant to the landlord's own Stripe account. Nobody in between holds it.
Each person sees only what is theirs. Personal details are handled under Alberta's privacy law (PIPA).
