What it is: XenoBridge is software for property managers who manage homes for others, and for landlords who manage their own. You sign up, add your homes and tenants (and your landlords, if you manage for others), and run everything from one screen.
What we do: Xenoform builds and runs the platform. We are not a property manager and we never take over your homes or your clients. You keep your tenants, your landlords and your income.
Your tenants, landlords and you all work from the same facts: rent, repairs, messages and paperwork in one place, so nobody has to chase anyone. We call it meeting in the middle.

What you get
Tenants report a repair with photos. You pick a day, send it to a contractor or ask the landlord to approve the cost. Everyone gets the update by email.
Tenants pay by card or bank, or set up autopay. Reminders and receipts go out on their own, and you see who has paid at a glance.
Property managers bill landlords for expenses with receipts attached. XenoBridge sends the PDF and the reminders.
Message a tenant or landlord from the platform. They can reply straight from their email and it lands in the right conversation.

What it costs
Nothing to pay up front. Stripe, the payment company, charges its usual processing fee on each payment.
Property managers: you charge your landlords your own management fee, the same as today. You type it in when you sign up, and the platform collects it each time rent is paid. XenoBridge's share is 1% of the rent, taken out of your fee, and 1% of deposits.
Landlords managing their own homes: XenoBridge keeps 1% of the rent and 1% of deposits paid through the platform. The rest goes straight to your account.
Why you can trust it
Rent goes from the tenant to the landlord's own Stripe account. Nobody in between holds it.
Each person sees only what is theirs. Personal details are handled under Alberta's privacy law (PIPA).
